"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

hey I had a question for you...You know when you make a start orb for windows 7, well when I save it and replace the orb is really light. I can not find anywhere that has the exact specificaitons of the bitmap or what program was used because I have used all the photoshop settings I can think of thanks
I ran into this problem myself too, trick is, is in Photoshop, create an adjustment layer to increase the darkness. They'll always look too dark in PS but lighter once installed, just have a playaroud Good luck!
